JOHN DELANEY FCA

John joined the firm in 1979 and became a partner in 1991. He has considerable experience in advising owner-managed businesses on all aspects of running their business.
John has particular expertise in the business development field and heads Bourne & Co's business development department. He also advises on many aspects of wills, inheritance tax, trusts and estate planning

Outside work: 
John is married and has two children. His main interests are travel, writing and following Derby County. He has had a number of articles published in newspapers and magazines and has also written a number of murder mysteries.

MICHAELA EDWARDS ACA

Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (A.T.I.I)

Experience & specialisms:  
Michaela joined Bourne & Co in 1994 as a qualified Chartered Accountant and went on to study for the tax specialist qualification (A.T.I.I) later in that year. She passed these examinations with a distinction finishing in the top 10 in the Country. She became a Partner in 2001 and enjoys all aspects of the profession but has a particular bias towards tax advice and mitigation planning.

Outside work: 
Michaela is married and has two young boys. Her main interests are travel, reading and cooking. She enjoys experimenting with Italian pasta dishes and Chinese cookery.

MARK NUTT ACA

Experience & specialisms:  
Mark qualified with Bourne & Co having joined in 1985. He became a Partner in 2001. He has worked with many owner-managed businesses providing advice on all aspects from efficient management to planning and decision making. In addition to providing accounting, taxation and business development advice, Mark has detailed knowledge of limited company reporting requirements.

Outside work: 
Mark is married with two children. His main interests are sport in general and football in particular. He is an avid supporter of Burton Albion and often travels around the country to see them play. He also enjoys travelling and photography.

DAVID MEADOWS ACA
