How we work

We pride ourselves on offering a professional service. You will have a designated partner or manager who will always be your principal point of contact for all matters related to you and your business, ensuring you always know who to call.

Friendly and approachable, our Partners are all qualified Chartered Accountants of many years standing. We are supported by a loyal team of staff consisting of accounting, payroll and administrative personnel of all levels and possessing different skills.

Our managers are all qualified accountants capable of looking after clients’ needs to a very high standard.

Our aim is to communicate with clients using terms they understand and we have therefore banned the use of jargon. We do not want anyone to leave a meeting with us until they are 100% satisfied.

Within our profession, as in many others, there are regulations that have to be adhered to and procedures that have to be followed.

As a result of this regulation, any new client will be asked to produce two forms of identification consisting of one piece from each category:

Personal Identification:

  • Passport
  • Driving licence
  • Medical card
  • Pension book
  • Birth certificate

Address identification:

  • Bank statement*
  • Home utility bill* (not a mobile telephone bill)
  • Water or Council tax bill - current year
  • Credit / Store card statement*
  • Home insurance certificate

* Document must be less than 3 months old.


It would be really helpful if you could bring along the appropriate documentation to our first meeting.

Each new client is then issued with an engagement letter that outlines various matters relating to our appointment including the services we will provide and what we expect from you.
