Our sponsored team - Belvedere Park "Blue" Under 9's

On Saturday 6th June 2009, our sponsored team, Belvedere Park "Blue" Under 9's football team, played in a 7-a-side tournament at Marlborough.
After the previous two weekends of dry weather, the rain was pouring down.
First match was at 9.15am and before long, all the children and parents were soaked.
The team battled on despite the horrendous conditions and made it through to the quarter finals. Despite a valiant effort, the team lost out to Mickleover 3-0.
