Merger with Sainty Consultants Ltd.
Bourne & Co. are pleased to announce that they have merged with Sainty Consultants Limited of Ashbourne Road, Derby.
The merged practice will be known as Bourne & Co (Incorporating Sainty Consultants) and will operate from Bourne & Co's existing offices at 3 Charnwood, Street, Derby.
Existing Sainty Consultants Limited directors, Peter and Sandra Sainty, will be joining Bourne & Co as consultants.
Bourne & Co partner, John Delaney, said, "The Partners and Staff at Bourne & Co are pleased to welcome both the clients of Sainty Consultants Limited and also Peter and Sandra Sainty".
Sainty Consultants' practice was formed in 1985 and moved to Ashbourne Road, Derby, in 1987.
Sandra Sainty said, "Smaller practices such as Sainty Consultants are finding it more and more difficult to cope with the ever-increasing legislative and regulatory changes and still provide clients with the service they expect and deserve. It is great that Bourne & Co have the same approach to clients as we have had, and that by joining with them our clients can continue to receive the personal service that they have been used to. Bourne & Co can also provide additional services such as Inheritance Tax planning and auditing to help our clients"
